How to register for a Pre-Authorized Direct Debit:
To sign up for one of the above direct debit plans and have your payments automatically taken out of your bank account, please complete the form, then email it in with a void cheque attached to: customerservice@gsuinc.ca or drop it off at our office located at 500 Regent Street, Sudbury.
