If you are trying to make a payment to avoid disconnection or arrange reconnection, you must call our Customer Service Team during regular business hours, Mon. to Fri., 8:30am – 4:00pm to speak to a representative about your arrangements. 

Failure to do this may cause an unnecessary delay in payment validation.
