How to register for a Pre-Authorized Direct Debit:

To sign up for one of the above direct debit plans and have your payments automatically taken out of your bank account, please complete the form, then email it in with a void cheque attached to: customerservice@gsuinc.ca or drop it off at our office located at 500 Regent Street, Sudbury.

Financial Institutions – Please note, it may take up to 2 - 5 days to receive payment

Please remember, it is your responsibility to pay your Greater Sudbury Utilities bill by the due date.
