The need for specialized pediatric healthcare services in Northeastern Ontario continues to grow every year. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, HSN's NEO Kids helps thousands of children and families receive expert care closer to home, reducing the need to travel long distances for treatment.
Time is ticking: sign up for e-billing by November 30 to help us fund local care for kids close to home.
For every customer who switches to e-billing between September and November, we are donating $10 to the HSN Foundation in support of pediatric care. Your switch directly supports local healthcare for our youngest neighbours.
A vital part of HSN is NEO Kids, the Northeast region's largest provider of specialized pediatric care. From neonatal intensive care and children's rehabilitation to outpatient specialty clinics and pediatric emergency services, NEO Kids helps thousands of children and families receive expert care closer to home, reducing the need to travel long distances for treatment.

For every customer who switches to e-billing between September and November, we are donating $10 directly to support pediatric care at HSN. The primary mission of NEO Kids is to ensure that more of our children and youth can be treated right here in Sudbury, close to home, reducing the heavy emotional and financial toll of traveling to southern Ontario for medical care
Every new e-billing sign up is automatically entered into our monthly draw for a chance to win a $200 bill credit. Four lucky winners will be selected throughout the campaign!

Winners are drawn at the end of each month (September, October, and November) and will be contacted via phone call.
We are happy to help you make the switch over the phone. Just call our customer service team at 705.675.7536 during our business hours 8:30am to 4:00pm. An agent will ensure the $10 donation is counted toward HSN’s NEO Kids, and get you entered into the monthly draw.
