Responsive

Our goal is to provide our customers with fast and effective service, and according to Oraclepoll customer service surveys conducted in December 2013, 2014 and 2015, between 90% and 97% of our customers were either “satisfied” or “totally satisfied” with us.  We’re not stopping there though.  we will continue to listen to our customers and adapt our business to meet, and exceed, their expectations.
The same Oraclepoll survey also confirmed what we have long suspected: Our customers want the best possible service at the lowest possible cost. We work hard to do just that. As our business becomes increasingly complex, our employees work to minimize service disruptions, keep our local service rates as low as possible all while doing the necessary maintenance and renewal work on the local electricity infrastructure. The survey showed that most customers want a balance between rates and outages.

Responsible

We pride ourselves on being fiscally responsible. We strive to keep our delivery charges as low as possible, while we maintain our delivery infrastructure.
We are committed to supplying electricity safely. We adhere to the latest standards and systems controls, and are on the leading edge of the “Smart Grid” with nearly 100% of our customers fully installed with smart meters.
We believe in investing in our future workers. We were instrumental in the establishment of the Powerline Electrician Program at Cambrian College, the first of its kind in Ontario, and we continue to lend advice and support to the program whenever possible.
